What You Sow is operated by Northpine Labs LLC. Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record — Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, taxes, and executes all refunds, and the charge on your statement appears as "LEMSQZY*".

14-day money-back on your first purchase

If a paid plan isn't what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and you get a full refund — no questions, no hoops. This applies to the first purchase of each plan tier once.

Renewals

Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and the new period hasn't seen material use. Requests outside that window, or after heavy use of the period, are reviewed case by case — we err on the side of the customer, consistent with Lemon Squeezy's terms.

Cancellation is not a refund request

Cancelling (from the Plans page or your Lemon Squeezy receipt) stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing further is charged and nothing already paid is automatically returned — ask for a refund explicitly if you want one.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to any Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are in the EU or UK: by starting to use a paid plan immediately, you request immediate supply of a digital service; the 14-day policy above is at least as generous as the statutory withdrawal right it sits alongside.
