What this is
What You Sow is a self-reflection tool. An interviewer agent asks you questions over time and builds a written portrait from your own answers. It is not a medical device, not therapy, and not a provider of clinical, legal, or financial advice. Nothing it produces is a diagnosis.
Your account
You sign in with an email magic link. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for any activity under your login. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction (and at least 16).
Your content
Everything you write or import is yours. You grant us only the limited right to store and process it to operate the service for you (including sending it to our model and embedding providers to generate your portrait). You can export your full base or delete it permanently at any time from Settings.
Sharing with a therapist
If you generate a therapist invite, you choose what domains it can read and you can revoke it in one click. You are responsible for who you give a link to. Every question asked through an invite is logged for you to see.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to break isolation between accounts, no using it to store other people's data without their consent. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that threaten the service or run up disproportionate cost.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The agent can be wrong, incomplete, or unflattering by design. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
